RETURN POLICY

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the for a REFUND (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go ahead and email us at gmisuitshop@gmail.com and we will gladly give you instructions on how to return your item. Any item can be returned for a refund, credit or 1 time exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges. DO NOT send any items back without first obtaining your Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must be completed within 14 days. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued to any unauthorized return. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be charged a 40% restocking fee, and will only be eligible for store credit. 

  Important

1. Don't send back merchandise BALLED & UNBUTTONED. Items sent back in this condition will require Dry Cleaning. You will be charged Minimum Dry Cleaning Fee of $10.00 . This fee will be deducted from your return.

2. Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags and plastic packaging - and must be in new, unworn condition. Items returned that have makeup stains, smell of perfume, smoke, etc. will NOT be accepted for a return. If we deem that the items have been worn, stained, no tags, etc. they will be discarded and you'll not receive any credits or merchandise in lieu of this consideration. We will return the items to you at your expense.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please email us your return request with the following information to customercarebydiane@gmail.com

1) Subject of email: Return #ORDER NUMBER (e.g., Return #12345)
2) Body of email: Your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME associated with the order, ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN, and a brief reason for return.

We will do our best to respond to you ASAP, but please allow two to four business days for all responses.

Returns requests must be emailed to us within 7 days from the purchase date for items unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, or unworn. 

No refund will be issued for items returned without return authorization.
Items returned without return authorization will be discarded and will not be reshipped.

All random, miscellaneous items sent to our returns facility will be discarded and not reshipped.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

Once a return shipment is received, it is generally processed within 5 business days.

Refunds for the items returned will be made in the original form of payment.

Shipping costs from your original order cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you have exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Please email us at customercarebydiane@gmail.com for Return Authorization, and then place a new order for the item you’d like at any time.

FINAL SALES

Super Deal Sale items denoted as " FINAL SALE " are not eligible for exchange.
